Recently, I’ve started cruising around on a Loaded Dervish longboard. Bigger than a skateboard, it feels more like a snowb0ard or surfboard. I’m hopeless on a skateboard but longboarding is something I seem to be able to do alright.

These photos were taken at around 17mm on a Sigma 10-20mm on my 5D MkII. Hence the major vignetting. Though the Sigma lens is EF mount, the image circle is designed for a cropped sensor.
This photo is so very different to my usual style of photography and I needed a few people to convince me to post it. I have to admit, being a ‘self portrait’, I’m a little self-conscious about it! The photograph was inspired by Allyeska who does more of this type of photography.
